This cleaning agent is specially formulated for espresso machines and is biodegradable. Therefore, no harmful substances remain in the water used for cleaning. This agent is good for the environment and, above all, good for your espresso machine. Cleaning an espresso machine primarily involves removing oil residue. This cleaning agent removes these deposits from the machine, and it is also suitable for soaking portafilters. 

Usage:

If the machine is used in a professional catering environment, it is recommended to clean it once a day with this product. For home users, once a week is sufficient. Use a portafilter for this. Turn the machine on and off five times with the portafilter and a small scoop of powder. Then rinse the machine without the portafilter. Then use the portafilter again, turning it on and off five times again, this time without the powder to rinse away any remaining cleaning powder. To soak your portafilter, use a small scoop of powder and soak your portafilters in water, just off the boil, for fifteen to thirty minutes. Rinse well afterwards and check if the coffee oil residue is gone.
